November 15, 2010Ads are gone from the guestbook tooAfter several years, I have finally caved in and purchased a gold membership to the guestbook hosting company I use, removing all the annoying (and non-fitting) ads -- banner and pop-up -- from it. Aside from looking so much better, it will also help me restore my sanity. If I heard "Congratulations -- you've been selected to receive an Apple iPhone" one more time, I was going to find that person and do my best Sean Avery impersonation on him! Now, thankfully, that will not be necessary. So now, you can feel free to post on the guestbook without being inundated with all the annoying ads! |
