May 25, 2010More updatesJust in time for the Stanley Cup Final between the Philadelphia Flyers and the Chicago Blackhawks, I made a few tweaks to the site: • On the Reebok Edge uniforms (2007-08 to present), I fixed the collars (mostly the V-necks) to more closely resemble their actual appearance. • I made a couple fixes to the Flyers: I changed the outline of the crest from the 1980s through today to a more correct thinner outline. Also, I changed the shade of orange used throughout to more closely resemble what was actually worn. You'll notice in the last two seasons since the Flyers re-introduced orange jerseys that the shade of those jerseys is slightly different than the others. This is not a mistake; there is actually a very noticeable difference in the shades of orange on the different uniforms. • From the 1998-99 season through today, I tweaked the Kings' number font to make it more proportionate to what was actually worn. • I also made some general improvements to some of the current uniforms, including the Avalanche, Predators, Panthers and Oilers. |
