1976-77 The Barons changed their colors to red and black after moving from California. The sleeve numbers in 1976-77 were contained inside an outline of the state of Ohio.
1977-78 The Ohio outline disappears, and the sleeve numbers are moved to the shoulders. Names are also added to the road jerseys. The team would disappear from Ohio at the end of the season.
